Diane is a female health coach specialising in hormone balance. She has built a sustainabale tool kit to allow you to care for your mental, physical & emotional well being.
Diane is an internationally trained Strala yoga guide, has a masters in nutrition and movement and is experienced in coaching busy women of all walks of life from house wives to CEO's. Her coaching program reduces cortisol levels and makes leading a healthy lifestyle simple and fun again.
Through working with Diane you will have access to yoga, mind body connected strength workouts and cortisol reducing practices to maintain hormone balance.
Her style to training embodies natural movement, ease in strength and self care, making fitness and weight management accessible to even the busiest of females. As a working mum she also has a realistic approach to her guiding & programming.
With a professional medical science background, Diane takes a science backed approach to her teaching within the health and wellness space. Having trained in Scotland, Berlin and Geneva and continues to add to her learning every day.
